Yes.
How come you are in credit? Have you loaded the meter and are now moving?"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Give your supplies a quick call and ask them or you could try looking on their websites for a definite answer. When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.0

It's worth asking your supplier but they may not be prepared to refund this relatively small amount ... but you will get it back eventually if it really is credit.
There are 2 possible causes I can think of that may suggest you have credit when you don't really.
(1) they have used an estimated reading on your bill
(2) your account gets credited when you purchase the credit. You may not have actually loaded this credit onto the meter yet, or perhaps you have and it may be sitting on the meter waiting to be used up."Now to trolling as a concept. .... I wouldn't rely on the statement you've recieved for your PPM, while it is possible you are in a real credit situation is it highly unlikely.
The statements are sent soley so you have a record of your payments. You meter will is set up to be your central point of infoamtion regarding your credit/debit situation.
What is more likely to have occured is that one or more of the readings used to produce your statement are estimated (this could be the msot up to date, or the opening reading) versus the correct allocation of your payments.0
