Yep, if you've got the receipt, put a claim in with RM.

The buyer might get a thing to fill in and return before you get your refund, though.

You will need to refund the buyer however, before you claim as it can take a while

Thats the problem I have no money in paypal to do that.
  • Have you checked the tracking online? It could be waiting to be picked up or some such!

You will need to transfer the money from your bank account to your PP account, it takes a fair few working days.
I've just had to do this.
My suggestion is to keep in touch with your buyer, keep em happy and keep them informed.
    Good luck

Even if you had, there's a good chance that either a) the postie wouldn't have got a signature, or b) the online status would never have been updated.

General concensus is that recorded's not worth the 75p, just get a receipt and claim using that if something goes missing (up to £39).

OP, just expalin to your buyer that you need to transfer money to your paypala co!!!! in order to refund, and when you have funds (or you sell something else and get funds that way) refund.
Then after 15 working days using your COP you can reclaim the loss from RM just as you would if you had used recorded.
