My Dad 87 .. got a letter from the above.He was 15 mins over and they wanted .. first £100 then £60
They have now written the whole thing off 24 hours after I contacted them due to mitigating circumstances..he was 15 mins over but they listened
They were totally professional from the start and after all the feedback I have read re private parking companies they really were a breath of fresh air.
So .. a HUGE WELL DONE from me.

They probably realised they hadn't a leg to stand on regarding this charge. You probably know that private parking charges are unenforceable.

I do .. thanks to MSE but at least the human being .. nice bloke .. I spoke to replied within 20 mins to every e-mail and within 24 hours of me contacting them the fee has been written off..
