Now the problem though I cannot for the life of me download it either, I get a pop up saying loading and then nothing. If I try to download it individually I get a pop up asking me if I want it saved to my downloads and then nothing happens again

Just to let you all know I emailed them, and had a reply earlier on. I mentioned that so many people were having problems so they're looking into it. They're going to get back to me later to let me know what's happening.

Have just spoken to Sony PlayNow support - and basically they don't really know whats going on. Tried to tell me it was because I didnt have a Sony phone, but I pointed out that the T&C's say I can download to a PC!

To satisfy him I changed "my device" to a Sony phone, and it still did nothing.

They are apparently going to note this and escalate to the development team, and it *should* work within 24-48 hours!

I think I'm going to email the iris-london email address as given in the T&C's to complain just to make sure!
