    It is true but it will take a long time to cause any significant damage the old style keys, its the jiggeling of going over bumps that causes wear of the key more than the barrel.

    Do you really need those keys on your ring? I would leave them at home in case I lost them.

    What about the extra petrol used = carrying the extra weight :rotfl:

    Realistically its fiction, however such a large set of keys could cause you an injury in the event of an accident.

    I'd guess that if there's enough keys on the keyring, you run the risk of the key getting damaged. Wouldn't want it breaking off in the lock :)
