Many people have emailed Watchdog...that answers your question! Care to expand on your problem?0

Many never get there story on watchdog and there probably even less chance now given the new format and its celebrity fixation, let alone countless viewers who no longer watch it0

I think you'll find the only response goes to the subjects that are mailed in by hundreds of people who have been financially disadvantaged etc. You need to consider if it’s actually going to achieve anything.
Is it really worth mailing them?Wow, I got 3 *, when did that happen :j:T:p
It is not illegal to open another persons mail unless you intend to commit fraud - this is frequently incorrectly posted
I live in my head - I find it's safer there:p

Shocking programme now. Have the odd genuine story but most of the time seem to be out to give a company a good kicking. Sensationalist carp.0

Yes I've emailed them a couple of times and not heard anything back.. The person above is right they only seem to investigate calls where they have had hundreds of complaints about someone..0

Unless your complaint screams like a tabloid headline,I don't see the point.
Not wishing to be rude, but "customer upset by rude arrogant company" isn't particularly good television (unless they turn up at your door with a shotgun).
What happened? You probably will get more satisfaction posting on here.0 -
Let me guess. They bought something from currys, it stopped working. They went to the manufacturer who said "it's not my problem" (which it isn't) so they went to currys who said "what's a tv? Get out!"
Cue invocation of the secret EU law to no effect and much anger on OP's part.0 -

No, one better in fact. Currys managed to deliver about 4 freezers which didn't work, 3 of which they didn't have the correct equipment to deliver.Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
Now 20% cooler0 -
Don't waste your time on watchdog, you won't get a reply.
Remember we're dealing with Humanities graduates here....lol0
