USB Port Damaged

Hello,

I am new to this site so I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this question. The USB port on my toshiba satellite 2430-402 is damaged.

Please can someone tell me what is the best and the cheapest way to get this repaired. Thanks for all your help.

you have a PCMIA slot

this sort of thing will do

but will use up the slot

I have the same problem and I also have a Toshiba Satellite.

That card is not an option for me, as I have my wireless card using that slot.
