radio codes for vauxhall vivaro van

I seem to have locked me works radio by just turning it on i reckon but would like a code to get it unlocked if possible.

The radio will have to be removed from the car dashboard .
Then please quote the MAKE + MODEL of your radio plus ALL the LETTERS and NUMBERS on any LABELS , BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING.
