I think rightmove and mouseprice use land registry data, but it probably hasn't appeared because there's a 3 month delay on the data being released.Scar tissue that I wish you saw, sarcastic mister know it all, close your eyes and I'll kiss you cause with the birds I'll share this lonely view.0

Thanks for that - I guess I'll have to patient. Wondering if I did pay the LR £4 though if I'd get the data - the estate agent won't tell me, only ballpark figure which actually wasn't that helpful  Why do they do that, after all, the sale has gone through and the sold price WILL become public knowledge!!0

http://www.houseprices.co.uk/ has some September figures now, don't know whether it's sourced from land registry though.0

If Land Reg has been updated then the offical copy will give you sale price info.
If a change has been reported but is in the process of being updated, this is apparent before you need to view the register/download. At least that's the case for business direct enquiries.Opinion, advice and information are different things. Don't be surprised if you receive all 3 in response.

Has it actually completed? If it hasn't then they won't release the data. Did it complete September or do you just think it was sold then?Scar tissue that I wish you saw, sarcastic mister know it all, close your eyes and I'll kiss you cause with the birds I'll share this lonely view.0 -
We bought a house at the beginning of August but the registration with the Land Registry didn't happen until the middle of September. The data didn't appear on NetHousePrices until the end of October (if i remember correctly).0

I bought a house on the 7th August, and it is still not appearing on any property sold prices. I have only a copy of the house deed to prove I am the owner.0

It definately completed in Sept but not sure when, could have been the last working day for all I know. Shall just have to keep a look out I guess.... Or get the EA to give us a valuation when we can get access to our property and ask outright!

Quite a lot don't appear for a variety of reasons. Also, there's a few months before it has to absolutely be registered, so could be sat in a pile of "To Do" somewhere.0

houseprices.co.uk was fairly quick when I was watching it recently.
Sometimes slow solicitors are the problem.0
