I took up a BT line and broadband service - i called thier call centre on 15th October for the line to be connected and the home hub to be delivered on 20th October when i moved into the new house. have spoken to virgin and to bt, thanks to mrtom21 for his suggestion about virgin tv only, bt has waived the charges and reconnected my broadband. i spoke to a lovely, helpful guy at bt customer services who has restored my faith in bt after the 5 unhelpful muppets i spoke to there yesterday.
