Hi All,
Posted yesterday on success thread on behalf of friend. Basically Abbey/Mbna have agreed to refund all ppi on his card and credit to account. The total refund is around 570.
Can anyone suggest whether we should accept or is it worth asking for interest etc?
I was thining that we should request a full breakdown of refund first?
Anyone?
Thanks

Hi there
If the difference is a huge amount from what they have offered then me personally would ask them to reconsider they higher the offer, or still hold them responsible for the mis selling and request that they pay every penny of the PPI back with interest.
I would as well request that they post a full detailed written breakdown if you can, good luck.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
