Does anyone know a nice hotel/apartment complex within 3 hours flight of UK offering creche in day and babysitting at night, good food and accommodation?

Not one I've experienced... but I have a friend who swears (positively!) by Mark Warner Family Holidays. They're supposed to be really baby-friendly, even having a service where you get to go out for a meal in the evening and they keep an ear out for babies / toddlers crying (and inform you if they do!).

try https://www.inghams.co.uk just been in bulgaria at xmas - paid for it last march when i had the money!!! There is daycare and babysitting services in some instances. Your best bet is skiing cos then the kids are KNACKERED ;DMember no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:
