No 1 daughter can't log into WLM on her PC, just get service unavailable message with 8007000e error message. I can log into my WLM account on her PC and she can log into her WLM account on other PC's? She has tried changing passwords which hasn't helped. Also tried to uninstall WLM (essential?) but don't seem to be able to do this. Any ideas why her login won't work on her PC? NB she can get into Hotmail. Thanks - she's driving me nuts!

She also needs full multi media which using Pidgin for WLM does not at the moment.I'm mad!!!! :rotfl::jand celebrating everyday every year!!!0

When removing WLM - there are several items that have to be completely removed from the Control Panel.
These are Windows Live Essentials, Windows Live Sign-in Assistant, Windows Live Messenger, Windows Live Sync, Windows Live Update Tool and there are others which you can uninstall.
Basically if you remove all of them one at a time. Then download and re-install WLM, everything should start funcitoning properly.
Remove any windows live folders, delete temp files etc before re-installing.
The sign on assistant I think stores your passwords and "helps" to logon automatically if you connect to things like messsenger or go to hotmail in browser.
PS - Make backups of email though if you use POP3 accounts.0
