Wish I'd known, we could have met up for a coffee or something! I had a good root round the charity shops near the Grafton centre though, and got a really nice big wooden jewellery box for £3, bargain! I've been looking for one for ages.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

Sorry you've got no one to watch Nathan? Can you do buggy running?? A few peeps in our 5k races do that!

(and i was thinking more like a good 10 miles or so :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:- need to catch up a bit this week!)

I do run with the buggy occasionally but he's a heavy lump (22lb plus buggy is quite a shove when the pavements aren't even...) and I really enjoy it more when its just me - perhaps selfish but I do cherish the time to myself.

It'll be a long time before I think 10 miles is a short run, although I have been toying with the idea of a half marathon (not done more than 10k so far)

I often wonder how they do it and doesnt it make running even more hard work!!

Its not a short run for me - more a medium at the moment :D:D, I'm hoping to do 16 on Sunday which will be the furthest for a while (though I have been regualarly doing 13-14s).

If you can find the time to commit to training I dont see why you shouldnt...might motivate you to do a bit more - depends what you want really...there are quite a few good ones in the Spring/Summer to think about...
  • Ames, i work in the Guildhall next to the market. Did you come in that far?

Will do, it's not my kind of thing but OH wants to see it, we can't really afford it as such but it's our night out... xx
