I often wonder how they do it and doesnt it make running even more hard work!!
Its not a short run for me - more a medium at the moment:D, I'm hoping to do 16 on Sunday which will be the furthest for a while (though I have been regualarly doing 13-14s).
If you can find the time to commit to training I dont see why you shouldnt...might motivate you to do a bit more - depends what you want really...there are quite a few good ones in the Spring/Summer to think about...
It doesn't make it any easier - running without arms (even though I don't mpve tem much) is not easy:rolleyes:
I think I need something to target to give me that extra kick to start pushing myself.
