sb Help needed for shows and events

Hiya
This site is the best I have found for advice and I am hoping that someone out there is going to help me, with this quandry.
I am about to set up in the catering van business..(not hot dogs though!!) and I need to know if there are any websites or publications that list the shows and events that take place countrywide. I am looking at craft fairs..balloon festivals...country shows and the like.
I have done various searches on the net, until my eyes hurt!! I just seem to be going round in circles.
If any of you have any help or advice, it would be truly appreciated.

https://www.showmans-directory.co.uk - There is a list of shows and events on the website but no contact details. In order to get the contact details I believe you have to purchase the Directory.

I organise traders/caterers at a large Air Show so any other info you need just ask!

There is a showman and traders magazine, in the form of a newspaper and most good newsagents should be able to order/tell you the name. I did buy one a few years ago, but I am sorry that I cannot remember the exact title.
