creation cca form

bit of advice plz.
wrote to creation fs for cca .but sent me photo copy of a standard store application form , should i write back and ask for my original signed application form again or should i just start a claim for my charges and ppi.

Hi there
So you requested for the credit agreement and they sent you the application form instead?
Did you actually enclose a £1 postal order or cheque payment for your CCA request?
They should have supplied this by 12 days after requesting for this.

Just as long though as you have your agreement number you can still write to reclaim, where the chances are they will send you a CCA enclosed with the response they send you, this way you pay nothing.

Your in the correct place for the PPI, and ask for help when required, also check this link out here for the guidelines on reclaiming, with letter reclaim template letters, and a list of mis selling reasons, send all letters by recorded delivery as this is your proof of posting.

Sorry I forgot to add in my above post in regards of the charges and the PPI, try to keep these separate to the PPI reclaiming, for the charges I would post on the reclaim charges thread here below, there you will receive the correct advice on that part of it and will be informed on how to collect the information for the charges, hope this helps, and of course in regards of reclaiming the PPI, as stated above your in the correct part of the forums, so take a look at the charges thread here below:;)
