BT !!!!! need e mail address for MD ..Before I explode!!!!!!

I have a serious overcharging complaint with BT. I know someone posted the MD e mail address a while ago , and I cant find it .

I have been systematically charged for mobile calls that are not connected, for god knows how long .............. and Im :mad:


Does anyone know it , before I have to reach for a vallium...
