As my user name suggests I live in the LB of Enfield.
I have been in my current flat for about two years, registered for Council Tax and got myself on the electoral roll from day one.
In the last two months I have filled out and returned the annual electoral roll registration form twice, once handed straight back to a Council visitor and posted back once. I have also confirmed that I am still resident online.
Despite this they have sent various employees round on three separate occasions to "Find out who lives here" including one on a Saturday.
Glad to see that my Council Tax is being spent so wisely and that their systems are so efficient.
This is a vent by the way.

As long as you can vote at least you can express your dissatisfaction that way.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Is there any chance somebody could be telling them more than one person lives there?
Three seperate visits seems excessive, can see why it annoys you!0 -
So, its all your fault then.:pEnfieldian wrote: »Fair point but I helped vote this lot in last year......I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0
