Sports Direct Customer Service RUBBISH

I have been charged and sent a coat from Sports Direct after they had told me it was out of stock and my credit card would be credited the money. I have tried to complain to them but after numerous e mail received no answer.

A word to the wise. If you do decide to order from them just think of the problems you could have. They do not provide a telephone number you are just left sending e mails into thin air!!!

  • They have therefore cancelled the contract if they have informed you the credit card was to be refunded.

Read up on the Distance Selling Regs and then write an email advising them of their obligations to it, that they cancelled the contract, for them to make arrangements to return the coat at their cost and that they then have 30d to process a full refund.

0870 333 9400 is a number for them :) Customer Services will be option 2 if I remember correctly. (Baby has stolen my brain so I may not!)

Edit: to add, I don't know of a geographical number for them, sorry. :(
  • Hi I have once again had an order messed up by SportsDirect.com, this time they sent me a pair of trainers one sixed 6 and the other 5.5. Add to this the 4 times I tried to order a cricket bat from them and ending in them sending me a cheaper model for the same price, I have finally run out of patience. The customer services staff are helpful when you reach them, I am expecting a full refund and will not use them again, try this number 0845 1299230.
  • You think thats bad try following a football team owned by the fat !!!!!!

i cant believe i had to come on here to find a number for them, it seems like they only have one employee working for them, ive been on hold for 40 mins.

i really hate companies that give out image that they are big and great and yet underneath its just a joke, my next day delivery now a week old with no email or anything to explain why.

they should remove a couple of the thousands of useless people that hang around thier branches doing nothing all day and get them to man thier phones.
