Evening all,
I'm trying to find some google caches of old properties that have now sold on my road from the last 6 months to a year. Its rather hit and miss!
Is there anyway to do this on rightmove or property bee? You can view SSTC, would be great to view previous properties! :T

Yes I agree, I wondered the same, it would be good to be able to view the old asking prices (or changes) of properties that have been sold (from Land registry data) but I don't know an easy way to do this.1

Do you have a friend who's an EA? EAs have Rightmove Plus logins and can search archived listings back to around 2000....0

Seems to be some fairly old stuff on mouseprice.com?I think....0

Sites like zoopla and trovit sometimes have old listings - type in your road and see what comes up. They don't have much detail though and when you try to follow the link through to get more detail it has usually expired.
Some estate agents' websites have details of "recently sold properties" so if there aren't too many agents operating in your area it's worth a look.0 -
Searching combinations of street names and numbers usually gets me the cached version on individual agents' websites....0

I found one yesterday that was removed in may this year.
Basicaly I typed the followiung into google.
"road name" estate agents name 2 bedroom.
The first result in the google listings was a Zoopla listing. Clicking on the link to Zoopla didn't take me to the property, but Google had Cache of it. Clicking on this bought up the property and nine pictures and all the info. I was dead chuffed.0 -

I use http://www.ourproperty.co.uk to check sold prices. You have to register but they seem fine (I've been registered with them for around 3 years).
Cheers

I think the OP is looking for schedules, pictures, descriptions, etc - not just prices.0 -
Yes, sold prices are easy to find, it's details that would be useful , even the original marketing price.0
