Not Sure

Im am not the best on the computer but thought i put this on yesterday. I had a loan that ended in 2004 with HFC. They were charging me £70 per month PPI. Can i claim this back even though the loan started more than 6 years ago?

    Hello there
Yes give it a go, there have been still much success from reclaiming even from the late 1990's, so give it a go and keep at them.
    For more on reclaiming here:

You will find useful guidelines of reclaiming, template letters, a checklist of mis selling reasons, if you require any help from here, just give us a yell, good luck.

Was the loan actually sold by HFC or a broker, basically whoever sold you the loan is the ones you write to.;)

I got the loan at an actual HFC bank for £5000 over 5 years they charged £170per month. That can't be right can it?

Hi, so ppi is added within the repayments then which totals up to be a lot every month?
