Have just downloaded and used this utility and found it cleared ALL my cookies so that I had to re-log onto the MSE website.
This means I will have to re-log onto ALL my regular websites including my online account.
Does anyone know of a means of saving the cookies you do want to keep (safely)?

I also had the same probs. but didn't know that it could be rectified. Thanks for that. Just a quick query though, after I had moved the sites that I wanted to keep the cookies on to the R.H.S. box, I was looking for an "Apply" button to click like what you get on Windows menus but when I couldn't find I just closed the prog. I presume the the changes have been stored ?
I'll run cccleaner now and find out !0
