I have sent a letter to EGG regarding my PPI they have sent a letter back to me with all this stuff to fill in to get money back they are asking for £10 to do this can anyone advise what I have to do with this

Hi there, as Maxdp asked, did you request for a SAR (subject access request), this is where they provide everything they hold on you going back 5/6 years with the payment of £10 cheque or postal order, so this is normal procedures, however it can take up to about 40 days before they supply all this info for you.
For the SAR template check here if you have not done this, if you have not I would suggest that you send this with the payment and post by recorded delivery.

Just as long as you have an account number though, and if mis sold for any reason you can still try to reclaim on this, where this way with your first response, you could receive your copy of credit agreement.

Also a way to check your account number, if you have any bank statements, when you paid your monthly loan repayments, the account number should be shown next to the repayments, or if you bank online this should allow you to check statements going back as far as 5/6 years.
If credit cards PPI the account number should be shown on the statements for these.
