I was hoping there was a forum here for this subject as I want to know about this especially to do my own including a simple trust.

I'm no expert and I haven't even managed to make a will yet... but this might be worth a look.

Yes, quite. I was thinking along the lines of empowering the person executing the will to set up a trust (say for grandchildren) then. So the scenarios is: sell all assets to create a cash amount and then splits it 4 ways, two of those into a trust which pays out when the beneficiaries are 21. I.e the will just states the trust has to be set up and no further details. On the face of it it looks simple enough?

If there is a trust, it is not simple, as far as I am concerned. And I'm co-executing one with a 'simple' trust atm!Signature removed for peace of mind0
