ESA - Work related activity group

Advice or help required :
Ive just been allocated my ESA of £90/pw and placed into the Work related activity Group rather than the Support Group.
Questions:
How long does your entitlement to the £90/pw last?
How do the DWP monitor your health condition if there is no requirement to submit doctor's notes?
Can they simply take you off it at any time?
Is your entitlement to the rate of £90/pw indefinite and how do I inform them if my condition improves?
Thanks and very much obliged

Entitlement to the £90 perr week lasts for as long as you are in the WRAG.
The DWP will, in time, call you for another medical to decide whether you are still entitled to the benefit and if so to what component.
They can take it off you if you are no longer entitled whether that be because your condition has improved or for some other reason.
You can ring them and tell them if your condition has improved, if it doesnt then you should continue to be entitled, if that is confirmed by the medical, if it has got worse you may be entitled to more but if it has got better you may no longer be entitled at all.0 -
The benefit lasts as long as the DWP decide that you still qualify. It is likely that you will be reviewed every so often, the letter from the DWP may say when they next plan to review your case. The benefit cannot be taken off you at anytime without it being reviewed first and not without a medical unless you fail to attend a medical without good cause. If your condition improves it is probably best to write to the DWP and inform them.0
