    We used them when we had a holiday home in the Canaries. They cover things like extended unoccupied periods, loss of rental and compo for clients if you rent and have to cancel due to a problem with the property. We found the level of cover very good and the premiums quite reasonable.

    Before we went with them we got quotes from Saga and another insurer whose name escapes me. Try a google search but do consider your needs in terms of the level of cover you require as well as cost.
