JoJo Maman Bebe delivery charge

Hi
I'm looking for a bit of advice please. I live in Italy and am pregnant with my first baby. I recently ordered some items online from JoJo Maman Bebe who offer international delivery.
I placed the order and then a delivery charge of £18.00 was calculated automatically by their system for the items I had ordered. I recently checked the status of the order and all was ok, and got an e-mail on Monday to say the items had been despatched.
Imagine my surprise when today I got an e-mail from one of their "Senior Customer Service Advisors" who stated that the delivery charge had been incorrectly calculated and should actually be £24.00 not £18.00. She asked me to confirm by e-mail that I would pay the extra amount and asked for my card details to do this with. I wrote back and said "erm, sorry, your mistake!" and as yet have not heard anything, but could anyone advise where I stand legally. As far as I am concerned they shouldn't be charging after the event, but want to understand what the legal viewpoint is.
Many thanks
Sarah

I would guess that if they have already charged the amount onto your card then that is acceptance of the offer made and thus they cannot legally charge you for any extra.
Sure someone will come along and agree or disagree with me
