Ordered a copy of Early Doors DVD and a CD before Christmas, CD came but waited 2 weeks and still no DVD.
Phoned up to chase the order up and was asked if I'd had the CD.
When I replied yes, I was told that I should have had the DVD as well by now and that they would send another copy straight away. Oh, and if the other copy ever turned up, could I send it back to them please.
Excellent service.
