Hi,
I am having a problem with the login screen for Bank of Scotland. When I try to login in the ususal page comes up with username, password and a security question. After about 2 seconds this part changes to a list of about 10 questions. I have AVG running, did a full scan yesterday and have run spybot about 6 times in a row and cleaned anything that comes up but the problem is still there. My computer is not showing up any virus or trojan. This began yesterday. I did manage to login from another computer and change passwords etc. Would anyone have any ideas what to try next?

There is not much can be done there as the problem is with my computer. I covered myself yesterday by logging in with another computer and changing my details. I have informed the bank via there helpline but until I can find the problem, I cant login from this computer.

Open malwarebytes and goto UPDATE and click 'check for updates'. After its updated goto SCANNER and click PERFORM FULL SCAN then click SCAN
