Update: 13/11/09. I have today received a response from the Savoy Hotel offering 1 nights complimentary stay an a B&B basis. The original booking was on half board. Should I accept or wait and see?

Has anyone succesfully complained to the above company when:
a) Hotel has overbooked and they move you to another hotel without advising you unless you phone in advance.
b) When the reason given is that they couldn't accomodate a diabled guest. But having made assurances that the other hotel could accomodate the guest in a disabled adapted room, but failed to inform the new hotel.
c) New hotel promises that if we accepted a standard room then we would be able to move the following day
d) Failed to give us a room the following day
e) Staff didn't want to know or assist when we had to go out and but equiptment to aid the disabled guest.
f) When e-mails to complain to both hotels are ignored and the website doesn't provide e-mail addresses for head office.

If anyone can advise if I would be entitled to a refund together with all the additional costs incurred because a recent short break was spoiled and extremely stressfull for other family members.
