I bought a Pizza stone and was meant to get a free kettle from this company, paid by paypal on 24th Oct, weeks went by,... nothing. I called the helpline number, which was no help...allow 28 days for delivery,( automated helpline) as it had cost me £5 delivery I found that unnaceptable to wait that long, by day 28 nothing. I made a claim through paypal, got refunded today with the explanation, they were waiting on stock. They had my cash £19.99 for over a month and did not even have the courtesy to tell me there was a problem. I will not be wasting any more cash on them.
