You might want to think about factoring into the total cost of the procedure some backup cash in case something goes wrong and you're not able to work for a while. All surgery carries a risk and it's nigh on impossible to predict unexpected adverse outcomes.0

my sister had her boobs done by a Dr Badialli, Elysia clinic. She did a lot of reserach and he has very good repuation. The pre op consulation and post op care were in london but the surgery was done in their brussels clinic. factoring in hotel and flights (she paid for me to go wth her) she saved about £1,500. She had over the muscle under boob incision. We travelled to Brussels the day before the surgery, stayed for 3 nights so 2 nights post op and flew back to uk 2 days after the surgery.
Her result is very good (her boobs were empty after breast fedeing 2 kids, now full and round) but i would say be prepared for a lot of pain. The night after the op she woke me in the night screaming in pain for me to wake up and give her more painkillers. and you cant take more painkillers than the clinic give you, because most painkillers caused increased bleeding. she does not regret it though.0 -

Do you know about Maxine Heasman? She runs the Breast Implant Information Service (BIIS) and she may be able to reccommend someone to you. She has had the op herself and the BIIS has dedicated info telephone lines. Also they have a publication 'The Ultimate Cleavage' which is a 100,000 word book on going through the whole op. It's worth a read!
Hope you find the right sugeon (and it doesn't hurt too much!)
