Downlighters and Insulation

in In my home (includes DIY) MoneySaving
Could some one please tell me what to do with regards having downlighters in my bathroom and the loft being insulated. What are the best and cheapest way to cap them do you then just lie the loft insualtion on top or have to cut round each downlighter?
Where I can buy caps for them.
