If he has an old tracksuit or pair of pj's/sleepsuit you could 'customise' it by drawing on spots with felp tips or fabric pens. Or by some felt and cut it into circles and sew on.0

Know anyone with chicken pox?

More seriously, for a yellow theme how about making a Spongebob Squarepants sandwich board out of card. He's also kind of spotty. Sorry, just noticed 18 months part- spongebob pjs/ t shirt?"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and it may be necessary from time to time to give a stupid or misinformed beholder a black eye."...Miss piggy0 -

A dalmation?
ELC and most supermarkets, have cheap dog outfits, or else you could just customise a white tshirt, and add ears and a tail0 -
Perhaps buy a yellow sheet or pillow case (or even dye one if that works out cheaper).
Allowing for a hole for the head, arms and legs, cut into a large circle that can go over his head (like a dress). Sew up the gaps, leaving his arms and legs and head poking out. Then draw one of those smiley faces on the front - so 2 large black circles for the eyes and a nice big wide black grin for the smile.
I hope that all made sense! Basically a life-size smiley!Thrilled to be DEBT-FREE as of 26.03.10
