New Dialler from Orchid?

My v4 seems to be playing up (won't do the 'L' area code insertion), so I started looking round to buy a replacement. Has anyone bought what seems to be a new offering from Orchid at http://www.orchid-telecom.com/Diallers/v4.html, and if so can it be manually programmed like the V4 - indeed can it be used with Kevin's excellent spreadsheet? Is it in fact just a smaller version of the V4, but with the same features?

This new one does a similar job to the V4 (you programme it directly from your handset, so maybe you can write your own spreadsheet to programme it via a modem).

But it has no clock, so you would need to override it when wanting to take advantage of time related free calls/change of provider etc.
