    Wow :) nice return post.

What do you think paying off the mortgage so early has enabled you to do in the last 10 years that you wouldn't have done otherwise?

Love to know what you've done in the 10 years since MF too :D. Were on set to be MF by my 40th birthday (9 years), eager to hear if it changed your life situation not being tied to the bank xx

Great return post 10 years later. What an achievement at that age, wish I hadn't spent on all that rubbish (cars/hols etc etc) before I got to about 2008 and realised I had some "work" to do to get this mortgage gone.
Let us know how you have enjoyed not having that home partly owed to the bank for the last 10 years!
  • Amazing . We have just taken on a £130k mortgage at the age of 26 with 3 kids in tow. Once we have built a £10k emergency fund we also hope to clear the mortgage in 10 years.

Congratulations you should be really proud of uourselves it's an amazing achievement ❤️
