Reclaiming Bank Charges, Bank ignoring letters

Hi, I hope someone can help. A few years ago i wrote to my bank requesting a list of charges on my account which i previously held with them, They did not reply and still havent. I wrote 3 letters to their branch and head office regarding claiming my charges back, again still no reply. I had given up. It is just now that i know i was unfairly treat however i stopped using this account a few years ago. Since then the courts had these claims on hold. Now i am worried that i might not be able to claim anything back? This is due to them ignoring my letters. I am now in suffering servere financial hardship. I had recently been on the sick from work due to stress and when my wage came through i was only paid £300 for a month (this was meant to pay rent, utility bills, petrol, insurance, food etc) I do not receive any other payments and now this has left me more stressed than before i started. Can anyone give me any information as to where to go now regarding claiming back these charges since my letters are being ignored both from the branch and head office.

Thanks

One bit of info missing was the name of the bank. I'll give you the address once you post it up.
