Has anyone seen this on Firstminutefares:

It looks interesting, especially that a single is going to be half the cost of a return (instead of 90% like it is today!).
I'm not sure if they've activated this yet because even looking into August I didn't see any. They may only be valid on FGW trains though, which would make it of limited use.

Was that 44 on the Firstminutefares? Were they available to select, or were they greyed out? I haven't had them available on any of my legs yet, and am wondering if they don't become available until after June 11.0

Yes, they are available. I've just had a look through GNERs website. Travelling late July London-Bristol cheapest ticket £10 single.alchemista wrote:Has anyone seen this on Firstminutefares:

FGW are just introducing the same ticket types that most (if not all) the other intercity operators have already introduced. Unfortunatley all these advance purchase tickets are for use on that specific operators trains, so you'd need to buy separate tickets for each operator you travel with.
As is common practice with these types of tickets you need to go the 'Single fares' page of the online booking systems.0
