Colour Wash for Bricks?

At the back of our house some french doors have been removed and replaced by a window with a dwarf wall below.
The bricks used for this are a different colour to the rest of the house and stick out a mile!
Someone told me that it's possible to buy a 'colour wash' which can be painted onto the bricks to match in but I've never seen this anywhere.
Can anyone help?
