Help .... I've managed to end up with a thin layer of superglue on some of my fingers. Whats the best way of removing this????
I am trying an emery board (nail smoother thingy) at the moment ... not very effective.
Got some white spirits in the cupboard ... can I use that????

I've had this a few times. Try what Quincy suggest or, in the end, just leave it. The stuff will wear off in a fairly short time.0

Like the angle grinder tip!!! lol
Its ok now .... soon wore off. Yeah not very techie I know!!! ... though I am sure every techie have had their fair share of getting into "sticky" situations. Thermal compound is another messy customer (cling film apparently helps!!)!!
Just thought there might be a "super tip" out there.
Anyhow thanks for the input

Just a bit of history - during the Vietnam war the americans were finding that injured troops were bleeding to death before they could get them back to a field hospital. So they invented superglue, to stick the wounds together and help stop the bleeding long enough to get to hospital. That's why superglue works so well on fingers.....

"Fingers ain't what they used ter be..."
The 'do nothing' approach works, but for the fact that the superglue is so annoying and you just keep picking at it until it comes away, and you are left with somewhat sore fingers...
