protected trust deed - still getting calls and letters from creditors

hi
I recently got my Trust Deed protected however I am still receiving phone calls from creditors (I presume as I dont answer them but all 0845 numbers) and threatening letters from RBS. Surely they know about the Trust Deed as my IP told me everything was ok and got a letter saying it was going to Insolvency Register.thanks
