I placed an order for a piece of furniture for delivery in 4-5 weeks. After 5 weeks I had heard nothing, and couldn't phone as they have no phone number! Emails were sent, and I was told the product was out of stock, expected in shortly and delivery would be 2 weeks more. After 2 weeks, they turned out to be out of stock for another month and I was told that I should ask for a refund instead. (After 7 weeks!) I did this and was told that it will take 2 more weeks for me to get my money back. (I still don't have my £400 back.)
Have gone to another online supplier with next day delivery instead. I would not recommend furniture123 at all as I am currently £400 down with nothing to show for it and a hope that at some point the money will turn up in my account. At least I had the foresight to pay with a credit card.
