What to do about built in appliances?

We're in the middle of buying a new build and asked for a quote on an integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer, which i asked about :

We've decided it slightly to expensive, as we didnt intend on buying a dishwasher anyway!
Now we're thinking of just taking an integrated fridge and freezer (but dont know the individual prices yet) as its easier for them to put them in now while their doing the kitchen.
But my question is, say we didn't go for anything, how easy is it to get them later down the line? Or will it be a hassle to get it just as we'd want (i.e size etc)
Thanks

When we did our kitchen we installed an integrated fridge but just kept our old dishwasher. We bought a matching door so that if we decide- when it dies to put in an integrated one we can. From memory if you have a size for a full size dishwasher then a full size integrated one will fit too. The door just clips on the front of the appliance .
I think you should be ok

Might not seem the best moment to think of it but we just moved from a house with integrated appliances to one without - so faced having to buy all new items on top of cost of moving. We had had the kitchen done in our old house & whilst I agreed that the integrated appliances made it all look nicer I think with hindsight would not have bothered.
My parents bought new house with integrated some years ago & when they needed to replace one item which had broken down they could not match the unit fronts. (they just did without in the end).
Just a couple of thoughts.0 -
if you go for integrated ones, you do have to realise there isnt as wide a choice as there is for stand-alone ones
also, if its planned & laid out properly, you wont really notice the white front of a fridge/freezer or dishwasher.0
