Hi i have virgin media as call provider with basic tv and broadband. For a number of years i have had a first telecom dialler box to save on telephone calls as i have teenagers and i know they will not be bothered to dial 18185 first. The question is is this the best way ie cheapest to divert calls or is there a more competitive company? Thanks for any replys

You wouldnt dial 18185 on VM you would need to call a 0808 Freephone Access Number. See: http://www.18185.co.uk/mobilerates.php which you could programme into your phone if it has this function.
Their are two or free suppliers that offer a smart box set up similar to First Telecom one of them is the www.phone.coop how their rates compare i dont know.Give them a call their very helpful.0
