Hi guys, gals
I'm trying to work out the best estimated prices for a 1 bedroom house, the property has some gas, kitchen hobs and a gas fire in the lounge and the rest of house has Economy 7 and storage heating, but there is a lagged hot water cylinder in the bedroom cupboard.
I asked estate agent for utility numbers and they said for gas water and electric about £800/£900.
Now I'm new to this and well would this be correct considering the house uses Economy 7 and storage heaters to heat the upstairs and gas downstairs.
The property is double glazed throughout, the dimensions are...
Kitchen: 7'4 x 5'8
Lounge: 11'8 x 12'6
Bedroom: 13'1 x 8'8
Bathroom: ?
Landing: ?
Hope you guys can give me an idea on figures.
