Sports direct- not in stock

I recently ordered a jacket from Sports direct. They sent me an e mail to say that the jacket was not in stock and that they would refund my card.

I then bought another jacket elsewhere.

A day later Sports Direct sent an e mail saying that due to complaints(not from me) the jackets had suddenley appeared and they were sending me one.

I no longer want this jacket, but they didn't even ask. What are my rights? I don't want to run around trying to return this coat and reclaim my money when it was THEIR mistake and didn't have the decencey to check that I still wanted it!

Surely they would have to ask you for payment again if they had refunded the original payment??

Just tell them you don't want it as you have now bought elsewhere and ask them even if you did, how were they going to process the order as they had already refunded you.

They will appect unworn returns so you can get some of yoru money back its just the postage youve got worry about. But email them anyway.
