Fizzled out Fireworks

We spent £72 on fireworks from The Range. They were advertised as 'extra loud' and judging by the size of the box and the descriptions, they looked like they might be quite spectacular.

They were a complete wash-out, they were pathetically quite and were something that I would expect from a £9.99 box from the local garage - they also lasted about 5 minutes altogether.

I rang the Range this morning and they told me to write to their head office, which I will, but would appreciate some advice here - obviously we bought fireworks and they were fireworks, but I certainly would have expected them to be better for the price.

Thoughts?

i guess its hard as there is nothing to send back but I would right to them clearly and coherantly and politely...were they all bad or were any decent?

They may have had more than one complaint about them

They were all terrible ! we were all waiting for them to start and then OH came over and said that was it! we thought he had just done a few baby ones first!
