Internet purchase not delivered

I recently bought something off the internet from lakeballs.co.uk and after a few weeks of no delivery decided to email them to enquire when I can expect delivery... The email was undeliverable... So I tried phoning the number on the website a dozen times which goes to a full mailbox which means I'm unable to leave a message...
What should I do next....???
Is there anything I can do to claim my money back.....???

Don't know if that's any help!0 -
Write to David Rostron at the address Mark very helpfully provided (recorded delivery) if you don't hear anything back after a week then contact your card issuer and see if they can do anything.
Hard way to learn the lesson - if you don't recognise the brand then contact them by phone before placing on order online. Any respectable online company won't mind!0 -

contact your bank for a chargeback before it is to late
i recently got stung for £456 but i paid with a maestro but the bank wouldn't help
they will with a visa debit0 -
Since your dc was Visa, you should be able to instigate a chargeback and get back the money you PAID [sorry can't help myself].
Note - you have a 120 day limit for c/backs.0
