HELP! Google Profits Kit / Quick Profit Kit / Internet Scam

Can someone please help me. I've been very stupid and entered my credit card details for a scam thinking they'd only take the $1.95/£1.25 but they've taken another $79.90/£50.18. I phoned my credit card, they said they've heard of these people before but cannot give me a refund and I have to contact them. I called America to complain but they refuse to refund as apparantly in was in the terms & conditions (not that I saw them or was told to read them) and refused to give me their address to write to to complain.
Can anyone please tell me how I can get my £50.18 back. I cannot afford to waste that kind of money as it's already tipped my credit card over the limit. I know I've been an idiot so please don't berate me, I was and still am very desperate.

I fell apon it via facebook, wwwquickprofitkit.com
and as they only wanted a small amount thought it was worth having a look. I feel like such an idiot I just can't stop crying!0 -
Done some digging
There address in whois resgiter
http://whois.domaintools.com/quickprofitkit.com

This company does not list an actual company name other than the website http://www.quickprofitkit.com, the charges appear as two different companies-one is an identity theft place out of New York with a monthly fee around $25.00 . They do not honor requested refunds and redirect your phone call to other numbers for supposed help. When you finally reach them they tell you it is mandatory to pay and they will cancel all charges next month. This is a big scam and fraud-they use Google as a front with alleged checks directly paid by Google.

Wow! Thank you savemoney for your digging, interesting reading although I still don't know how to get my money back!! I very much doubt a letter to them will do anything as they know full well they're robbing people. I just don't know how these people sleep at night.0

Try contacting the Better Business Bureau. they do a similar job to trading standards in North America.

Hi Toemonkey, I made the same stupid thing as you did and eventually I lost $79.90. Have you received any refund so far?0

Hi Neyron
I filed a complaint with the BBB but have yet to hear anything but to be honest, I don't hold much hope. It's so frustrating that these so called people can screw you over so badly. I honestly don't know how they sleep at night! Perhaps that's why I'm so poor, I'm too honest!!!0
